Every project at Balkan Tea goes through the same nine steps. The documentation produced at each step is what makes us auditable, traceable, and predictable.

    Brief

    Initial conversation by phone, WhatsApp, or written brief.

  2. 02

    Scoping

    We confirm scope: co-pack or full production, SKU count, volume, target market.

  3. 03

    Recipe

    For full production: we develop and lock the recipe over 2-4 weeks. For co-pack: you supply tea + CoA.

  4. 04

    Packaging

    Envelope + carton design. Compliance review. Print proofs.

  5. 05

    Sourcing + QC release

    Native Balkan herbs from our land, global tea via brokers. Incoming QC before production.

  6. 06

    Production

    PT-2.33 line. Bag-weight QC every 30 min. Inline foreign-body detection.

  7. 07

    Batch records + retention

    Every batch documented. Hold samples retained for two years.

  8. 08

    Pallet + documentation

    Pallet built to DC spec. Full export pack: CoA, certificate of origin, EU invoice, packing list.

  9. 09

    Despatch

    Sealed trailer or container despatched under your Incoterm.
