How it works

You ship tea + artwork

Send a sample (we run incoming QC) and your envelope artwork as print-ready files. We confirm receipt and lock the production slot.

We run the PT-2.33 line

Fine-cut on Size B (60×40) or whole-leaf on Size A (64×44). Line cleared between SKUs. Bag-weight check every 30 minutes.

You receive sealed pallets

Pallets built to your DC spec. Export documentation included. Direct truck or sea freight under your chosen Incoterms.
