Variance: Depends on whether you bring print-ready artwork or we design from scratch. EU compliance review adds 2-3 days.

What happens: Buy the tea + herbs to the recipe spec. Receive at facility. Incoming QC.

Variance: Native Balkan herbs are immediate (our own stock). Global tea purchases have a 1-2 week lead via our broker network.

What happens: PT-2.33 runs the SKU. Bag-weight checks every 30 min. Foreign-body detection. Envelope sealing. Outer carton packing.

Variance: Predictable. A 250,000-bag SKU runs in ~3 days. Multiple SKUs scaled.

What happens: Pallet build to DC spec. Documentation pack: CoA, certificate of origin, EU sales invoice, packing list.

Variance: Tight and predictable. Shipping itself is outside this window (your Incoterm).
