How we approach a blend brief

  1. You define the target: flavor cues, function, color, price band, claim positioning.
  2. We propose 2-3 candidate blends with ingredient lists and rationale.
  3. You taste-test physical samples. We iterate based on your feedback.
  4. Lock the recipe. Document ingredient ratios, source paperwork, allergen status.
  5. Production runs to the locked recipe. Every batch tasted against the spec before release.
