What "bulk" means in practice

Bulk on our line is anything from 100,000 bags per run upwards. We pre-block the line time so an established SKU runs through without scheduling drag, and we hand back full export documentation, batch records, and certificates of analysis at despatch.

  • Bag-weight tolerance checked every 30 minutes
  • Foreign-body detection inline (visual + magnetic)
  • Envelope sealing across OPP, cellophane, PLA, paper compounds
