The seven steps

From brief to despatch.

  1. 01

    Brief

You send us the SKU outline: blend, target volume, envelope material preference, target market, lead-time target.

  2. 02

    Sample

You ship a tea sample with certificate of analysis. We run incoming QC: residue, microbial, moisture, sensory.

  3. 03

    Artwork

You send print-ready envelope artwork. We review for EU compliance (allergens, origin, language) and align dieline tolerances.

  4. 04

    QC release

Incoming tea releases from QC once paperwork + lab results confirm it meets the spec. Goes into the production schedule.

  5. 05

    Production

PT-2.33 runs the SKU. Bag-weight check every 30 minutes. Foreign-body detection inline. Envelope sealing per your chosen film.

  6. 06

    Batch records

Every run is recorded: machine settings, weights, hold samples retained for two years.

  7. 07

    Despatch

Pallets built to your DC spec. Full export documentation: CoA, certificate of origin, EU sales invoice, packing list, phytosanitary if applicable.
