The UKs dedicated specialty food trade show, held annually at Olympia London. Buyers come from independent retailers, delis, farm shops, premium department-store food halls (Harrods, Selfridges, Fortnum), and gourmet HORECA.

Why it matters

For our UK private-label and gift-set pipeline (Fortnums-style tier), this is the right show. UK is a Tier 3 location for us but a meaningful contribution to revenue when premium-tier clients commission gift assortments.
