What it will do

Six controls. One configured bag.

Most buyers ask the same questions before they request samples: which size, which envelope material, what does the bag look like with our logo on it? The configurator answers all three in the browser, before you fill out any form.

Early-access list = first 20 buyers get a sample pack of every envelope material

What ships at launch

Every spec we hand to a co-packer, now in your browser.

Size + format

Choose between A (64 x 44 mm) for herbal blends and B (60 x 40 mm) for black + green tea. Both run on the same HST PT-2.33 line.

String + tag

Pick string color (natural, bleached, branded), tag shape (rectangle, rounded), and printing technique (single-color, two-color, foil-stamp).

Envelope material

Compare OPP, PLA-compostable, paper-laminate, and cellulose-based envelopes. See barrier ratings, sustainability impact, and price tier side by side.

Logo preview

Upload your logo. See it rendered on the bag tag and the envelope in a true-to-scale 2D mockup. Switch to 3D for a rotatable bag view.

Spec sheet export

Download a PDF specification sheet with every selection. Hand it to your QA team or attach it directly to a quote request.

Cost ballpark

Material costs update live as you change selections. Final pricing comes through the quote process; the ballpark is for budgeting.

Why preview-first

Why we shipped the preview before the build.

The configurator is non-trivial - photorealistic rendering, a 3D bag model, logo composition on curved surfaces, true-to-scale material comparisons. Building it right takes a focused four-week sprint inside Phase 2.

Before we commit those four weeks, we want to hear from the people who would actually use it. What materials are missing from the standard library? Which logo placements matter? Should we support stamp + foil previews?
