We start with a 30-min consultation. You bring the brand idea (or just the customer + occasion). We sketch the SKU shape.

Recipe + packaging brief
Locked recipe brief, envelope material choice, carton structure, language and label requirements.

Recipe development
We blend, sample, iterate, lock. 2-4 weeks.

Packaging design
We design (or we work with your designer) the envelope, carton, sleeve, and outer pack. 2-3 weeks.

Sourcing
Raw material lined up, paperwork prepared. Native Balkan herbs come from us; global teas through our broker network.

Production
PT-2.33 runs the first pallet. Bag-weight QC every 30 min. Batch coded, labeled, palletized.

Despatch
Pallet ships to your DC or first retail commitment. Full export documentation included.
