Real envelope artwork (your final or a near-final draft)
Real envelope material (your final pick)
PT-2.33 bag fill on the same line as full production
Real bag-weight QC at the same tolerance
Outer carton in your final structure
~5,000-25,000 bags - whatever volume lets you validate
Full export documentation, sample-run flagged
