Per-bag cost: the bands
Per-bag cost is driven by volume per SKU, tea cost (which you supply or we source), and envelope material choice. Volume bands typically sit at:

What the per-bag rate includes
The all-in rate covers: filter paper + string + paper tag, envelope film, machine time on the PT-2.33, bag-weight QC every 30 min, foreign-body detection, batch coding, your outer carton spec, pallet build to your DC requirement, and the full export documentation pack.

Hidden line items most quotes miss
- EU label compliance review. Allergens, country-of-origin, language requirements per market. If your retailer rejects the label, the relaunch costs more than the review.
- Plate setup amortization. Running 5 small SKUs separately vs plate-batching them changes per-bag economics.
- Sample retention. We hold a batch sample per run for two years. Built into our rate; some co-packers charge separately.
- Pallet build to DC spec. Some retailers reject standard pallets. Build to their spec from the start.
